Prior to co-founding of Unique in 1990, Mike founded and ran Softek, Inc., a consulting services company aimed at the telecommunications market. Before starting Softek, he worked for five years as a computer programmer/system designer at AT&T Long Lines focusing on teleconferencing, 800 Services, and network element communications.
Mike holds a degree in decision science and computers from Rider University.

Prior to co-founding Unique in 1990, Jim was a consultant to AT&T Bell Laboratories for seven years, where he was involved with several network management solutions development programs. Before that, he worked for seven years as a computer programmer/system designer at AT&T Long Lines.
Jim holds a degree in computer science from Brooklyn College.
Ron Booker joined Unique in 2013 as the Sales Director. He is responsible for all netFLEX® product sales and customer contracts.Read more
Prior to joining Unique, Ron held Account Management and Business Development positions with South Central Bell, American Bell/AT&T Information Systems/AT&T Communications, and AT&T Network Systems/Lucent Technologies/Alcatel-Lucent. Ron's sales experience includes Enterprise Accounts and Telephony ILEC markets including switching, operations systems and optical networks.
Ron holds a degree in Business from Auburn University.
Lewis Bayers joined Unique in 2001. He is responsible for direct sales to customers, as well as for technical marketing and sales support for the account teams of our channel partners.Read more
Before coming to Unique, Lewis held several product management positions at Lucent Technologies for network management products, including for software applications that Unique developed for Lucent at that time. He also held various marketing research, marketing, product management, and sales positions, including positions with AT&T’s local services organization, and with AT&T Network Systems / Lucent in their Switching and Power Systems divisions.
Lewis has also been a college-level Instructor of sales and marketing, and was responsible for channel partner training and sales while at Power Systems.
Lewis holds a degree in linguistics from the University of Chicago.
Bill Zion joined Unique in 2004 as the director of customer service. He is responsible for managing the delivery of all aspects of the services organization including technical support, training, and professional services.Read more
Bill began his career in 1970 with Southern Bell. As regional manager of the BellSouth’s customer network management services center in Columbia, SC., he oversaw its entire portfolio of end customer management services, working with large corporations, small businesses, carriers, providers, state governments, county governments, and many municipalities on their use of network management.
Bill holds a degree in electronics from Augusta Technical College.
Frank Massa joined Unique in 1996 and is responsible for software project management, and oversees the software development lifecycle for feature development, and participates in the software design and development process.Read more
